15-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 15 days of purchase, excluding corporate purchases / bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: ordering more than 5 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.) Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, we refund the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
  • There is no return handling fee

Refund requests for the 15-day money-back guarantee expire 15 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 15-day window for purchases not made directly through, please contact retailers for refunds. How do I return an item?

1. Please send an email to our customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.

2. We will share the corresponding return address with you via email within 3 working days.

3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to GaN Charger Hub with the following information:

  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.

Exchange Items

If you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below.

  • Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number of purchase is required for all exchanges.

How do I get an exchange?

  1. Initiate Exchange: Contact our Customer Service team at to initiate an exchange. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  3. Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  4. Exchange Completion:  If approved, we will send the return address to you via email and ship the new item(s) to you after we process the exchange. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Damaged or Defective Items

 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

International Exchanges: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with exchanges.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

Suppose the product is damaged or malfunctioning, confirmed by our technical staff that it happened under normal use. In that case, all quality-related defects on items sold directly by ganchargerhub,com are covered by the 12-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

GaN Charger Hub's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from other retailers.

The original invoice for this warranty must be presented at the time of repair. If the user is unable to provide, we have the right not to provide maintenance services. Users may be required to pay for related repairs.

In situations where the maintenance service or a replacement is not available or preferred option, we will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.

  • Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
  • GaN Charger Hub must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
  • The defective item's serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
  • It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
  • For defective items that GaN Charger needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to GaN Charger Hub or if the defective item is not returned.
During warranty period, if the following occurs, the product warranty will automatically expire:
  • Any part of the product that is not disassembled or repaired by our personnel
  • Wrong operations such as the wrong connection of the power supply, and the infiltration of water and dirt into the product, cause the product to be damaged
  • Product damage caused by irresistible accidents or natural disasters
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperature, water, operating devices improperly)

If this guaranteed product is altered, the warranty certificate will automatically become valid.

We reserve the right to add or delete any maintenance and warranty clauses without notice. The specifications of the products may change at any time without notice.

If there is any damage to the mobile phone or other electronic products due to the wrong use of the products, we will not bear any responsibility.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyers in the following situations:
  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Buyer's accidental returns
  • Returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but were found by our technical staff to be in working condition
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
Not covered under warranty:
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non quality-related issues (after 15 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
